Valve’s new game is free, and “not Portal 3”

he Steam Deck delivery date has arrived, and Valve has one final astonishment available: another free game set in the Entryway and Half-Life universe, intended to flaunt the new highlights of the convenient machine. Gap Work area Occupation appears to continue in the strides of past demos like Opening Hand Lab and The Lab, giving a scaled down show of a touch of new Valve equipment.

Gap Work area Occupation dispatches for nothing on Walk 1 by means of Steam, and keeping in mind that Valve says it's "planned as a free playable short for Valve's new Steam Deck" and will "walk you through the handheld's controls and elements", it's muddled whether you'll really require a Deck to play it. Apparently, you could simply play it with normal PC controls and imagine you're utilizing a versatile. It'll simply be less tomfoolery.

Regardless, Valve needs you to "bring down your assumptions", since "this isn't a continuation of Gateway". It is, as the name suggests, essentially set inside Gateway's Gap Science.
